I got a CTR on a 04 and the projector lens in that has a crack, i got another pair of lights which the outer casing is broking, i was wondering if I could take the lens out the broken one and fit it into the other one? thanks

So its not the gearbox? Also the biting point was very low on the car..

Well its hard to get into gear when our stationary, you really have to whack it in and its difficult to get it out of reverse. My guess is that gearbox is gone..
