Hi I took the aftermarket CD player of and put the standard one back in, now it is asking me for a code, where do I find that?

It should be in the owners wallet if you still have it.

If not Honda can get it for you.
 
I drove mine into my local Honda dealership (not literally right in, they get upset with that sort of thing) and they sorted me out. Took 5 minutes, free of charge.
