im after front and rear type r badges for my facelift ep3 but not the standard red and silver ones. ive seen the odd person with other colours etc and custom ones. who does these?

ive noticed that about 3 bulbs within the rear centre brake light have stopped working. i believe these are 501/194/T10 bulbs? ive unscrewed the light etc but i cant see any way to disconnect the light or get into the bulbs?

250-300 quid job and hardly anyone can get hold of the part right away :'(.

was putting my window up earlier and heard a clunk and it dropped to the bottom. have taken off the door card etc and looks like the cable has snapped for the mechanism. is this a common fault and easy fix? trust it to happen on bank hol monday tomorrow so without a car as cant prop the window...

fitted osrams now look ok, think the connector just wasnt pushed on properly as since i fitted it, its been working fine. just gotta change the stupid little orange sidelights.

i wish you had told the company this before they attempted to fit it very badly indeed (aparently after fitting loads of double dins on ep3's). i rang to complain and they said take the legal route! hahaha

so i fitted osram nightbreakers plus to both my main and dipped. heres a pic of dipped (sorry its a crap one) but there is a fair bit of difference, with the main beam there is hardly any. although i really wanna change the side lights now as they look really yellow.

head unit fitted, dash will all be sprayed same colour in the future :)

Think I'm gonna go for osram night breakers as heard real good stuff! The original honda ones are too dull and yellow

head unit update!. after leaving it with the place i bought the head unit from to fit they have made a right crap job, hacked at it all. doesnt fit no where near flush. sticks out, wonky! everything so have emailed a rather strong complaint and shall be ringing them in the morning to be sorted...

ok well had a horrible day today 3 hours on the head unit! the facia doesnt fit or anything (its even a different colour to the rest of the dash) so its been left with the shop that supplied it to fit it into the surround by tomorrow. :bad-words:

just ordered myself a Pioneer AVH-X2500BT Double Din with all the bits which should be arriving tomorrow so have a go at fitting that at some point and i think im going spray the centre console why its out as i hate the silver. dunno what colour though . thinking gloss or matt black.

ok so to start off had the rear 3 windows tinted today. got them done at carbon shades in swadlincote and what a top job and top bloke. even gave me a lift to the town centre as it was raining :bigthumb: decided on smoked instead of limo black and definately think i made the right choice :).

Any idea where I could get blue ones? And what bulbs?

i really wanted blue. had blue in my old car and love the looks of it. or even just a plain white would be nice.

ahh right and there is no way of removing the strip? sounds a lot of hassle to be fair for the colour only to turn out weird anyway.

Has anyone tried coloured bulbs? i.e blue? white etc? and what bulbs and where from?

Thanks. Yeh gonna go dark smoke I've decided. We'll got a dodgey cigarette lighter to sort and that stupid aerial also changing. Headlight bulbs but no one can give me a easy answer as to which to use. But yeah so many plans just time and money :p new head unit next I think.

ok so one of my main headlight bulbs went the other day, a friend took it out and put it back in and it worked, now its stopped again so not sure what the problem is there but i wanna swap all my bulbs anyway for HID's. am i right in thinking ill need 2 H1's and 2 HB3's? its a facelift. also...
