My streering rack has started to creak a little. Could a few people please recommend the best grease to give the rack a little grease to see if it will help stop the creaking.

Is this any good on the ep3. Just im thinking about doing it if it dose work with heat soak and lets more air in.

Well got her sitting nice now as the eibach 30mm springs are settled down, also had rear windows tinted iv fitted heko deflectors. removed rear wiper. de-badge the (civic) logo, M2 rear back box a long with a spot tex b-pipe, k/n induction kit, skunk 2 gear knob, ...

Well guys just to let you no i changed my rear shock friday and as mention i had a (ep2) shock to replace it with my (ep3) shock as it was damage. But (yes) fitted with no problem at all, and still got the same drop from the eiback springs, thanks.

As soon as i returned the car to the floor after fitting ny eibach 30mm, the car sat in all four arches right away.

I notice after fitting my 30mm eibach sportline springs my steering wheel never seemed to sit center after. Has this got to do with tracking or something.

I had one fitted to my clio 172 cup about 2 years ago. Not bad.

Probs get more vibration from energy mounts. But i could be wrong. also a few people have fitted the energy lower subframe mount and had lots of vibration. Im debating to fit an energy inserts at the moment. Both kits are good if u ask me.

Is their no way of repairing it when its still fitted to the motor or any think. As i don't really wont to remove the sub frame now, iv used tiger seal in the past to repair mounts and was think maybe this could be another way around it as it sets as a hard rubber and just acts as mount insert.

Yh I'm thinking to just drop the frame abit change the mount then have the tracking checked and corrected if out as its only £30 at kwick fit.

Mine notchy in the morning form cold. But after 20mins the box feel smooth 100% better so i just go with the flow untill warm. Then the rest of the day is fine.

Im good with tools and no i could drop the subframe a nuff to be able to get to the mount. The thing is i have seen post on here about the subframe has to go back 100% or it will knock the tracking out etc, is this true.

Sorry, yes its the front mount. and from the looks of it the sub frame has to be dropped abit witch I'm not really looking to do so was wondering if their is any (threads) on how to remove the front radiator so I'm able to get to it maybe this way.

Found it, it under the manifold and only way to get to it is to remove the manifold to replace it.
