Assuming this is the same question as FB:
It's width and offset you need to be bothered about, not diameter. With 19"s you'll just put lower profile tyres on and the rolling radius should stay the same.
I used that setup on standard 18"s, 7.5j et55 and they just about caught the outer arch liners and that was with 1.7deg neg camber.
