2003 Ep3 Headlamp Motor Adjuster not working

When adjusting the headlamp height levels from the switch only the passenger side adjusts. With my old car it was a fault with the headlamp motor.

I have preface lights, does it have a separate motor assembly/how do I fix it?
 
No, just adjusting them higher as they are pointing quite low
