For those of you that have followed my 'sprinting exploits' last year here are the provisional results:

103 registered contenders,13 Classes

1st Overall Champion Tim Cole Mini Cooper 1.3cc

2ND Overall Champion ME Civic Typer R 2.0cc 8)

1.4cc to 2.0cc Class Winner Roger Hamilton lane Pug 205 1.9cc

Best Novice Jimmy Pope Ford escort MK1 2.0cc

Best Lady Driver ME Civic Type R 2.0cc 8)

The way the awards work is you can only win one major title and either Novice or Best Lady.
The results show I had most points to have got Class Win and also Novice

How ever contenders can protest the results so they may yet change

Congrats! Is it possible to come watch you compete next year, or is it closed events and not open to public? Would love to come and watch

Well I was going racing but the LACK of a sponser has kinda messed that up a wee bit .....but with every dark cloud there is always a silver lining..........

I have been informed about a 'Sprint' Championship which (fingers crossed it happens) will be bloody awesome for those involved with my car this year

BUT I have been sworn to secrecy just in case it isnt allowed to happen
