A few questions. Window rattle and bumper

So I have my lovely ep3, it's a 2001 pre face with no fog lights. Will the face lift bumper be a straight swap?
My windows give an annoying rattle when open at half way ? My dads has started to do the same too, seem to be a common falt but have not idea what it is ?

Hi I'm sure the facelift bumper will fit straight on and im sure someone will confirm this! and I had a window rattle on mine and I took the door card off with the window closed undo the bolts slightly that hold the mechanism then tighten them back up! while you're there spray some silicone lube in the channels and should be good as new!!
