A real drain

Hey all, just a quick question really.

Basically in the not too near future im hoping to get a nice set of h.i.d's fitted to my facelift EP3.

I also have a small pioneer underseat sub sitting in the house, bought it to fit in the civic but im still in two minds of whether to just sell it.

My question: Am I going to experience any annoying power dips (from lights/other) if I link both the underseat sub and the h.i.d's up to the battery? Might sound daft but on my first car I had two 12" subs (long time ago :whistle) and the bass used to cause power drops with my lights dimming a little.

i thought h.i.d's use less power than oem bulbs? could be wrong ***.
i would have thought a ctr would have no problems with power dropping to the lights mate
