A slight vibration/rattling

hi guys

just looking for some advice or solutions really, as over the last month or so when i'm going through the gears from 1st to 3rd i get a little noise sounding like its a vibration or something, quite hard to explain but as soon as i press the clutch and change gear the vibration/rattle it stops until the revs are between maybe 3,000/4,000 again(confused yet), theres no problems changing the gears at all, and the clutch biting point seems to be spot on also as its only covered between 20-25k,

any ideas big or small would be a major help as its getting on my nerves

Driveshaft heatshield I would guess. Theres plenty of threads on here about it, do a search :smt023

haha i knew someone point the search thing out, soon as i posted it i realised i should of searched it, which came back with heatshield or clutch release bearing, thanks :smt023
