Advice on my Top Gear Ti exhaust please....

I've got a Top Gear titannium exhaust purchased back in June last year. I've thought for a while that it's been blowing a bit but as its loud anyway I've not really done anything about it. It's now got an almost permanent rattle as well. Also when I had it serviced at Honda a few weeks ago they also commented on it blowing. I'm gonna get someone to take a lot at it but question is where do I stand with Top Gear? If after a check there is a problem with it blowing and rattle will I be entitled to a replacement through the lifetime warranty?

Where abouts is it blowing ?
