Hi all i have a had my ctr premier edition for about a month and am looking into getting a exhaust and intake soon......i want a slash cut style exhaust and wanted to ask whats best out of:
Skunk2 megapower r http://www.hondaperformanceparts.co...apower_R_Exhaust_System_70mm_Civic_EP3_Type_R
or
Buddyclub pro spec http://www.hondaperformanceparts.co.uk/BuddyClub/BuddyClub_Pro-Spec_Exhaust_System_Civic_EP3_Type_R
or
considerably cheaper scorpion tuner catback of ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Civic-Typ...&otn=4&po=LVI&ps=63&clkid=9089396573148777023
please help!!!

I'd definitely be going for the Skunk 2 or the Buddy Club, spend the extra and get some real quality. The Skunk 2 imo sounds excellent - it's pretty close to an unsilenced system, very similar to my custom system. They are fairly loud though!

The Buddy Club Pro Spec is a sensible exhaust by BC standard, it looks similar to the Spec III (again, a near-unsilenced system) but doesn't have the mental volume or ultra-aggressive tone of the Spec III that you get with minimal catback silencing. I think this option will be quite a bit quieter than the Skunk2, it has a larger backbox with (I believe) a perforated baffling tube running through the middle and a larger centre silencer than the Skunk2. I have heard mixed reports with BC exhaust quality though, the main gripe I seem to hear is that the BC exhausts hang quite low in the middle and are prone to bumps and bangs, particularly with lowered cars.

Personally, of the two I'd go with a Skunk2, though in an ideal world I would have it with an unsilenced b pipe, but then again I like it loud!

See I don't want something to loud, just abut deeper and I'm not to fussed about exhaust for the moment so don't want to spend a fourtune
