Does it have its own ecu? Can all the parts be removed without too much difficulty, and are the seatbelt tensioners in the seat belts?

Yes, they're on the reel in the b pillar. :wink:

cheers the belts shouls be fairly easy to remove.

The airbag system is made up of just sensors, not sure how many there are but there are a couple behind the front bumper (where an AEM would sit). You cant miss them, there all yellow
