Air Con Re-gas DIY?

Hi guys,

I am thinking of buying a re-gas can instead of going to kwik fit. Does anybody know where the air con connector or pipe is situated? Where can I find a picture of it? Thanks in advance!

Just go to the local dealer.

It'll be far easier and cheaper than the fine you'll get if you get caught releasing the gas to atmosphere lol

i have never seen a cheap diy kit work properly mate, not worth the hassle

Thank you guys - my local honda is too far away, any opinions on Kwik fit? They are doing re-gas for £50.

Have a shop around, some companies will come to you now and re-gas/service your air con. There is a company called autocool that do this but I don't know if they are a nationwide company as I'm from South Wales but iirc they were doing it for around £40.
