Am i missing a rocker cover nut, FN2???

Hey guys! Was checking my oil level today and it seems that the top left corner I am missing a rocker cover nut . Maybe I am wrong but could you help with this issue. Thanks in advance

From memory on my DC5, it held down a bracket that went over the spark leads. The bracket supported the line for the power steering from reservoir to rack.

My EP3 has nothing there either.

As said above, it's used on the dc5 for a hose routing.
Here's mine on my fn2:

Iv replace that with Tegiwa washer on mine

I have an Accord Cl9 also and from the looks of it this nut place is only used for hose routing.
