Am I missing some trim pieces (pics)

On my EP3 CTR, is there a piece of trim missing to the left of the clutch pedal?

Also on the seat runners, I only have one cap to cover the rear of each seat rail, leaving one rail exposed. Is this normal?

Completely normal in the footwell. As for the runner, I believe there is a plastic cover that sits over the end though I may be wrong.
 
yeah, footwell is normal. But there should be some plastic caps on the seat runners. 4 in total
