Any KPro owners using the full throttle gear change?

There used to be a couple of vids of this on the KPro/Hondata website. Just wondering if anyone uses the function?

Ah...it obviously cuts the power/accelerator temporarily while you change gear. Can't see it wearing your lcutch out
