What car is it for? Just get RBC if it's the EP3 or DC5 and RRC if it's the FN2.

I believe the RBC fits the FN2 as well Chris but doesn't need cutting like fitting to the k20a's. I'm sure Loxy will clear this up as I'm not 100% sure, but worth knowing as the RBC is much cheaper.

Wasn't thinking about getting one Chris. Just that I've not seen these before. Wondered if anyone had experience of

Spot on, but RRC doesn't need the IACV channels blocking off to fit the FN2 but the RBC does. You can do it with a gasket but RRC is the better one generally for gain and power band, just expensive!
