I have a really bad knocking/banging on my ep3 when i pull away and change gear hard,someone told me it could be one of my engine mounts but which one could it be and could it be more than one coz the engine shakes like mad thanks
 
If you put the handbrake on tight and get someone to put the car in gear and let the clutch out a little bit until drive is taken up, you should be able to watch the engine and see where it's moving excessively or knocking.

Just make sure you trust the person in the car not to get too carried away and try to drive off!
