Battery in fob

Messages

Hi guys ,just recently bought a CTR EP3 , does anyone know what to do if the battery went in the fob whilst you were out somewhere and no shops around ? is there a way around the immobiliser and the alarm if such did happen.

Cheers
Dave

The immobiliser is disabled using the key in the EP3 isn't it? The fob is just for the alarm IIRC.

I think the key in the drivers door turns the alarm off as well. Can't say I tried it if I'm honest.

Nah , if I open the car and then dont start for a few seconds whilst taking the disclock off the immobiliser arms and then I have to disable using the fob as when going to turn the key it wont start until pressing the unlock button on the fob
