Well it came with a induction kit but really needs relocating or shielding as its not much good as it is:evil:. Being a bit of a track day nut I am looking a handling mods although I am very pleased with the current setup.

How did you do such a tidy job on the callipers mate? I've painted all mine red and would love to do the embossed type R White like yours? Any help would be great :)

Hi, I used industrial type paint pens and a very steady hand and just "dabbed" the paint on and built it up, even I was surprised with the results.

Regards
Baz

Thanks Baz, will have to give this a go when the sun decides to show it's face again. I agree, the results with a little time and patience look brilliant!!!

Cheers, Adam

Small update...................................

When I picked the car up the wheels were a bit shabby so wanted to get them refurbed, I enjoy carrying out work on my car so tried it myself and I am well pleased with the results, I did'nt want them too shiney so just applied a small amount of lacquer to give it the satin look, anyway please enjoy the pics. I'm still Lovin me R :)

Tidy looking engine bay that. Bonnet dampers too. :cool.

Well, after 3 years without a TypeR I'm back and back with my old Cosmic grey Premier the car I know so well, some of you may have met me at JAE as even though I owned a Toyota I couldn't keep away from such a great event so this year I will be attending in my old new Civic to say I'm over the moon is an understatement

Baz

Magic! Great to hear that you got it back! Is it in the same condition?

Hi Loxy,

to be honest is looking a little shabby but nothing I can't put right with a bit of heavy detailing and cleaning, just a few miles added to the clock but I drove her back from Oldham last Monday and she still pulls like a train and put a huge smile back on my face . God I have missed the VTEC kick
Baz

Welcome back Baz! Was looking amazing before you let her go, glad she's back in good hands now ;)
