Best oil for a track car

I'm hopefully going to be picking up a ep3 type r on Friday. I've had one before and loved it. I've sold sold my kit car and buying one for a toy/track car
As it'll be used most driven hard I'm going to service every 2 or 3 track days but what's the best oil to use in order to protect the engine.

5w-40 fully synthetic is the most commonly used.

You can use any bran as long as they're 5-40 full synth. I'm using Castrol Edge, but some people prefer Fuchs.

More importantly on a track day make sure you keep topped up to the max mark.

A lot of VTEC use burns oil & keep brimmed to help avoid oil starvation.

If you plan on doing a fair few trackdays then a baffled sump might not be a bad idea either.

Yes, as Jas says baffled sump should be a must in the K20.
