Best place to get discs and pads?

I'm after a little advice on where's the best place to get some rear discs and pads??

Any help will be very apreciated

Yeah standard, I've had my accord type r for about 2 months now so trying to get it all up to scratch as it needs a little tlc.

I've heard that you can get the V-tec to kick in earlier then 6,000 rpm but not sure how or what to do?

I'll have a look at Hendy's and see what they have.

Cheers

Yes you can, with a VTEC timer, but they aren't really worth it, as they will use more fuel and not give any more power.

For discs, the Mintex ones are as good as OEM ones but much cheaper. Their pads are pants though so best to stick with Honda pads. A lot of people have bought discs and pads off ebay including myself.

Honda don't make discs or pads......

I've just bought discs and pads off ebay, Brembo discs on the front & DS2500 pads, mintex discs and pads on the back. All in £280 delivered.

I'm in the same position as you, need to get new discs and pads on the rear and going to stick to oem discs with these ferodo pads. I've had this combination on front and rear for the last 2 years and the perfomance of the pads is much better than oem pads but i've not yet tried upgraded discs so can't comment on that side of things. Eightspeed are reliable and fairly priced, ep3 link - http://www.eightspeed.co.uk/acatalog/EP3_Brake_Pads.html
