Best spark plugs for around £40 for EP3 2004?

As title, just got myself an EP3 and starting with the simple things and I want to pop some new plugs in.

Whats the best for around £40 (or less of course!) as I will find some to order now I hear people mention iridium, got to be honest I don't know much about what the benefits are etc...

Any recommendations or suggestions for commonly used tried and tested ones would be appreciated

Are the NGK ones iridium etc which Tegiwa sell for 39 posted the ones to go for? Will order tonight if they are good

Don't know what the tegiwa ones are. I'm using these NKG's and they are fine.

those are the ones tegiwa have listed, not sure which is best being a noob to posh spark plugs?

I think either will be fine. Just an observation but the tegiwa one says £36 for quantity 1 but does not mention how many is in the box. The price is right for four, but never assume.
