Brake discs and pads advice

Aluminium bells is where it helps with cooling and you can buy them for standard size but they're not cheap at around £700-800 for a front pair. Bigger diameter is just increasing your braking leverage. But yes slightly more material helps with heat dissipation. I've got cooling ducts for the brakes so overheating shouldn't be much of an issue.
Unfortunately my driving style is drive every lap like I'm qualifying for pole position. Even them XP10's don't last long. 1 Nürburging trip and they're worn out by 2/3.

Hi All

I'm looking to replace the front and rear discs and pads as they are warped from the previous owner, I've looked at original discs and they are a bit out of my price range. I was looking at getting some grooved and dimpled discs with ebc Ultimax pads from brake depot as they appear to be a good deal.

Any opinions?

What did you go for in the end? I'm looking at new discs from brake depot too. Already got project Mu pads.

I still haven't bought them yet, my mate has an ep3 and got these discs. He's only had them fitted a few days but said they seem good but have started rusting already as they are not coated. I think I will be ordering them but may mask the brake surface and spray the hub with clear high temp paint to stop rust
