brakes knocking at low speeds.

my brakes a banging/knocking at low speeds, could this be due to the pad loose in the carrier, is it worth bending the rattle plates slightly to tighten them up as they did seem a nice loose fit, replaced drop links and doing ARB bushes today so prob worth a strip while I'm working.
 
Stripped the brakes, pads were a little loose in the carriers/rattle plates, bent the rattle plates back towards the pads so there gripping slightly more, still nice and free but less movement, also replaced the anti-roll bar bushes which was a nice 10 minute job. been out and no more banging at low speeds and a lot less knocking on rough roads, so seems to have sorted all that
