What exactly is ment by the term "built engine" ?
does it mean the replacement of pistons, con rods, crank and other such items or is there more to it than that?
 
It could mean any level from taking a base block and specing it up with balanced bottom end, uprated forged conrods/pistons etc etc. Also matching with a head that is flowed to your needs with uprated cams and springs. And, I guess anything inbetween. It depends on what you are after.

Looks like I may be having to do this very soon ;)
