Is there any general rule of the thumb about how much your insurance goes up by when you make a claim??

Looking at things negatively and the insurance company settles 50/50 i have 2 yrs NCB (although i thouight i had 3 so need to check old paperwork), so will lose those. Will my insurnace be similar to that when i fiest got the CTR (i had No NCB)????
