Car Cover

I used to keep my car in the garage until my Dad decided he wanted a new car and to park in there!! I have bought a cover from Halfords (£80) one which does an ok job just doesn't fit the car particularly well and the under-car straps aren't the best. Does anyone know where to get a decent one to fit and how much?

This. Plus it won't protect your car from the damp.

It is permanently clean, I wax and clay a lot to keep it a good example. I know that the damp can still get to it buts more the freezing that I want to protect it from plus it can sit still for a week or more at a time. Why does it scratch?? (forgive me for sounding stupid!)
