Don;t know if anyone else is using this oil (used as standard by my dealer) but straight from the Norses mouth at Castrol Tech support:
Castrol SLX (all varieties) is now rebranded "EDGE" Still available from all the usual stockist
it is perfectly fine to mix with SLX that you may have in your engine as it is exactly the same stuff in a different bottle
