Cat converter shield

Hi, i have the dreaded rattle buzzing sound at 3k rpm, had a mechanic look at it and it was the shield/jacket/sleeve around the cat converter itself. Does anyone know if jubilee clips would work or where i can get a new shield from?

Think most people will say just rip it off. I did on mine. Problem solved.

New shields can be had from Lings, Cox, your local honda parts dept. etc.

for the EP3 for example, it's not cheap :/
