Chain Rattle ,Valve Clearance Required OR Jumped Timing Chain? VIDEO INSIDE!

Hi guys I was wondering what are the symptoms of each one on my title. Sorry for being a pain but someones just told me I have a chain rattle! I somehow doubt it as my VTEC is engaging fairly well and on the other hand my spark plugs are due as it takes the pi55 to start some mornings! Anyways back to the point here is a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IpLx4_Mmb8 of my car just 2 minutes ago. Please can you either tell me what it is as its really bugging me. I hope its something minor like the Valve Clearance. Also where is my knock sensor as I have a ENGINE LIGHT CODE P0325. Apparently its restricting the performance? Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks

Sounds quite normal to me. There not the quietest engines on the planet. Unless you got the EML light on then don't worry.
If the timing chain had jumped more then 3 teeth then it would bring up the EML so don't painc.
Always good to check valve clearances but it will not cure the noise as that is normal. Might solve your starting issues though. ( that and changing the plugs ).

Have a read of this thread from another forum regarding knock sensors.

Noisy tappy engine are typical to the k20 but as said a valve clearance adjustment if not done before is well worth a look into. I done mine a short time ago and it made a lot of difference regarding sound and performance.

Also the iridium spark plugs are the key component to creating an explosion in your cylinders. Bad spark = bad explosion
