I have noticed that my car makes a clicking noise when you take it out of reverse after doing some reversing, is this normal?
Also a slightly more worrying problem is that I have noticed that when you drive the car enthusiastically in first gear then change quickly to second theres a loud clicking noise but when changing normally I don't hear any noise, and when shifting enthusiastically from say 2nd to 3rd I don't hear any noise and the change is smooth.
Are these signs of an upcoming gearbox problem?
