Clutch change

Decided I need to get the clutch changed. Had a labour quote of £300 all in if I supply the parts. Honda specialist too. Is that a good price? Does it need a Honda specialist or will any generic clutch place do?

I had my clutch done a week ago and paid about that price at a Honda specialist.

The difference now is night and day so glad I got it done.

I must admit I didn't ask about the fly wheel but I'm sure the garage would have said if there was a problem.

Prior to the change the pedal was extremely heavy with virtually no bite point.

The clutch wasn't completely worn when he took it out but the release bearing was completely shot.
