Is this a icebox or something different - just looking to get a bit more information on this and if it is worth keeping or not? Seems to be from the good ol US of A - but beyond that cant find much information.

Sounds to me its just like doing the hondata mod to the standard air box. What panel filter is used inside by the way?

Not had it open yet mate to check - just picked the car up - will be going for a service shortly and will get it open and see.

What does it sound like ?

Has the car had any other modifications?

IIRC the Icebox has an intake funnel/tube directly under the main box taking an air feed from near the back of the gearbox, probably the best way to tell, but it does look like an Icebox to me.

car has a backbox possibly cat/back thats also needing identified ill grab a photo in the next hour and upload it and a picture of my exact panel filter - car has rear tie bar - front and rear strut braces and a h-brace and 18" fn2 type r alloys

Theres a cold air feed going down to the front bumper somwhere underneath the main pipe from the airbox to engine

also needs a good clean -- all in good time lol
