Went don't a ford the other day water went into air Filter engine sounds really bad. Any advice please??

dont run the engine, get it recovered to a garage you know/trust/or recommended from here

or take the head off if your handy with spanners and see whats been bent

depends on if any water got into the cylinders, obviously water doesn't compressed so things bend

Don't drive through big puddles/small lakes when you have an AEM CAI or similar fitted. Not rocket science.

Ahh just put 2 & 2 together with induction kit thread. That's pretty gutting mate.

Did you buy the car with the induction kit already fitted or something? I can't think of any other reason why you'd not know about the restrictions/dangers the AEM CAI can give you with regards to big puddles/streams.
