So finally had my Audio equipment installed this week by Leeds Car Audio, have to say I'm very happy with the setup. Not got any pictures of the install happening but my doors sound just like a Golf.

Everything is much clearer sounding and much more enjoyable, my new headunits good especially with the hands free parrot.

Hope these catch on its nice for me personally to see an idea actually come to fruition and I feel Andy has done a cracking job. If you buy these would be great to help spread the word on the forums and your own build threads etc and this thread of course.

This annoyed me with the Connects 2 kit which I assume you have? the shade of silver is completely off Ended up repainting my entire centre console!

I know what you mean mate I think after I bought it there's one that's silver like the rest, it doesn't bother me too much though

Im think of wrapping it in silver carbon fibre effect wrap
To be different to doing it in black wrap

Few things going on at the moment. Spent Monday gone fitting DC5 Pedals to my car. I suggest a two man job when doing makes life easy.

Here's the results

This Saturday I pick up a K100 ecu, Toda manifold and RBC inlet along with the JDM Front ARB.

All should be fitted Monday and keys recoded Monday morning too

Looking forward to how the car will drive

Having to keep my intake as with the outlay on all the bits recently can't afford any other intake.

Next on my list is some 215 uniroyal rainsports and sell my four 205 potenzas and 1 brand new uniroyal 205 tyre.

Going to have a dyno run done also see how it's all running once fitted maybe look at a re map at TDI but that's not going to be too cheap.

Well car was filthy as hell after going to Oldham last week and not having much spare time. So thought I would give her a good clean and put an updated spec list on the car.

So all the mods I've done since owning September 2011 and still under 80000 on the clock

All above done at Grinspeed

Evo 9 Wheels (sealed in Gtechniq wheel armour)

DC Sports Cat back Exhaust (had to have new baffle & b-pipe as was modified from last owner, all done at top gear performance in Donny. Now 2 & 3/8 system.

K&N Typhoon.

Tegiwa Shifter bushes

DC5 Foot pedals

Team Heko wind deflectors

Bosh aero wipers

Mint 2nd hand roof rubbers.

JDM Coin Holder

Custom Carbon Fibre Cold Air Feed

Pioneer Bluetooth Parrot Headunit & Focal components & Hertz Amp (all fitted at Leeds car audio)

K100 ECU (2nd Hand) Mapped at TDI to a Toda Mani,cat back,RBC

RBC Inlet (2nd hand)

Coming 26/11/12 is the DC Sports Manifold fitted along with new engine mount inserts.
Also replacing drop links on front ARB also.

Looking at some new rubber next year.
