ctr brake discs

i have recently noticed that that my ctr sounds like a train whilst braking and it seems my front pads are shot, the discs look a bit shady as well as they have lots of grooves on them so am gona replace them as well.
i have ordered a set of ferodo ds2500's pads and was just gona get the discs from my local honda dealer but they want over £50 bucks a corner,
is this a reasonable price or will a set of these be as good as oem honda ones http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HONDA-CIVIC-2...ageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p1638.m118

Don't cut corners when buying brake components.

Get the OEM discs or a reputable branded aftermarket set.

I'd go with the honda items, they really are actually very good!

£50 a pop isn't too bad either IMO:)

dont think the standard brakes have ever had any complaints? I still have standards on..only on my second set of discs

Discs are made to be worn

Think im on my second..sure they are not the third...86k

Pads....god knows

I trashed a set in 16K I think on my old EP3. Not sure of the state of my DC5 discs but they are getting replaced when I've recovered from this hangover!

cheers for the replies lads,
i took it into my local garage today and got the honda discs, ferodo ds2500 pads fitted along with the goodbridge braided hoses and rbf600 motul brake fluid from opie oils.
it feels and sounds much better now braking.:D
