Anyone fitted one of these to an ep3?

I'll take that as a no then.

Anyone know how easy it is to remove the wiring loom for the ep3 aerial?

Just replaced my aerial with a dab one over the weekend.

Fairly straightforward; once the interior alarm sensor is removed, you can gain access to the nut holding the stick alarm.
Disconnect the two wires, undo the nut and the aerial will come out.
I didn't remove the loom.
I then ran the dab loom down the ns of the headlining and down the "A" pillar, back of the glove box and behind the unit.
