De-cat questions.

Thinking of getting this de-cat pipe soon http://japspeed.co.uk/Honda-Civic-E...da-Civic-Type-R-EP3-Decat-Downpipe/p-5-1-161/ for when i come to get mine mapped, but was just wondering if anyone knows if it will fit onto my HKS Hi-Power without any modification? It says on there site it will fit OEM and any after market exhaust system so hopefully it will? Also when it comes to MOT time it wont pass with the de-cat on because of the emissions so swapping it back to the standard cat will be the obvious solution but will it effect the map on the K100 by doing so?
