DEAD BATTERY, JUMP STARTED AND NOW THE ALARM KEEPS GOING OFF WHEN LOCKING

Any ideas on how to reset the alarm? have a 04 type R
 
I had this issue a couple years ago and was told by Honda that the alarm continues to go off as long as the battery is low.

I ended up changing the battery as mine had pretty much had it and it stopped alarming after that.
 
Thanks. I left the radio on while fixing alloys on and went to start it this morning and wouldn't start. Alarm started to go off and ended up jump starting it. That worked and now it just goes off when I lock it with the Fob button. Turns over fine
 
Fixed it!! Unlocked car. Put it in ignition. Turned it to position 2.left a few seconds. Turned key off n removed. Pressed lock on fob Button. Then unlock. Then locked.Then unlocked four times. Put key back in ignition waiting few seconds. Then turned it over. Left it on few mins. Then took key out. Got out of car and locked it. No more alarm going off.yay
