Dead Battery - what will be affected?

Hi

I left the car light on and the battery went dead, I since have charged it back up but are there any things to watch out for?

Will k100 tuning be affected? I have also noticed the auto-feature on the window no longer works.

K100 will be fine, I took my battery off for 5 months last winter and it was fine when I refitted and started it.

Cant think of anything that would affected long term to be honest.
