I think this is the news report for that incident and shows it wasn't even at a drag strip, it was at a show called "Cars for kids" and was seriously stupid when you look at where the crowd is.

Did I hear correctly in that vid? I'm sure the reporter said 'Highway 62'. If so, that would imply that this was on a closed off public road. WTF were the organisers thinking?!?!?!?!
