Does my car need remapped after transplant?

Hi guys, as some of you are aware, I had a bad smash a couple of days ago resulting in my car being a total right off.
However the engine survived with no damage, so I'm looking to transplant the engine into another civic.
my question is, will the car need remapped or should it be okay as it will be the same ecu and engine being transplanted?

It will be fine pal, as long as both Engine and ECU are swapped over.
