Drilled bumper help.

Basically I'm relocating my license plate to the side and going to drill some holes where the plate normally sits but.... a while ago I saw a few ep3s that had the whole plastic cut out on the bumper where the number plate normally is with what looks to be plastic surround fitted to finish it off.

hopefully this poor attempt of an explanation helps to paint a picture, if it does, does anyone know what the finishing surround is called and where I can get it from?

i have just smoothed off front number plate area, and putting number plate to the side . i havent seen any with drilled bumpers ill have to look around
