EP3 drive shaft and control arms help

Hello, I have a knocking noise at slow speeds which turns out to be my os drive shaft. Found a new one online for £80, but how long do you think a gargage would charge for fitting? I wouldnt feel confident attempting this myself.

Also the bushes are split in the lower control arm. Obviously the garge are trying to flog me new arms. It is it quite easy just to just change the bushes? If not a garage? They are wanting £250 for each control arm fitted!!

Ok wishbone bushes are approx £18 each from honda & our labour price is £45 + vat per side
As for the driveshaft we would charge £45 + vat plus parts
