Embedding youtube

Hiya peeps,

Having a problem posting embedded youtube clips. I copy and paste the string from you tube but no luck, I click preview and the [/youtube] end has disappeared and there's only one line of text.

I'm I being numb and doing it wrong? I've embedded youtube clips on here before but it's not happening today!!

Whenever I try to add it in between the brackets it just turns out like:

You're trying to use the HTML embed which won't work.

Just a quick update on this. It appears that our old set up for adding youtube clips isn't fully compatible with the new VBulletin 4 that we've started to use.

To upload Youtube clips to the forum please do the following:

• Open youtube and find the video you want to share

• Copy the URL link to the right of the video (Note you now have to copy the entire link)

• press the embed video button in your message settings

• paste the youtbe link in the box provided

• you're done
