Emmsy's Arctic DC5 Integra

So it's been like forever since I was on here - forgot my logins hahaha Last time I was here I still had my JDM DC2 and Milano EP3 Type R, since then I have sold both and owned a Championship White DC5 Type R.




But now IM BACK with another DC5



I sold my CW one in October last year so I could pay off my loan which combined with daily fuel costs was taking up all my money and with wanting to start saving for a house it was the right thing to do. I got myself a daily car which is a lil KA called Bertie - he does the job and bobs along but there was something missing for me....... VTEC!!!

And that is where my new teg comes in I wasn't looking for another DC5 but whilst called into work on my weekend to cover someone who had rang in sick I was sat there on Facebook and saw the owner of this car post up for swaps against another car, I decided to PM to find out more info and if it was available for a straight sale and it all went from there. After 3 weeks of sorting it all out and my sorting a brilliant cheap loan with Sainsburys I could finally have the best of both worlds - saving for a house AND an Integra  Im still going to use my lil Bertie KA for daily driving to work and back and for winter time

We went down to Surrey to view and test drive and I absolutely loved her! So a massive drive back up to North Yorkshire and she's home.

Plans are to get the front bumper sprayed and probably the bonnet too as they are both very stone chipped.

Replace the side stickers as one is terribly battered. I've ordered these from STICKERDUDE as I'm not paying Honda prices and his are so good.

This rubber brush was a life saver for the boot carpet along with a scrubbing brush

The colour of the water isn't from my boot there was already dirty water in the bucket!

And the finished boot. Going to have the lights out and reseal sort the source of the leak next weekend. Teg will be away til then after today so no more water should get in.

Very nice DC5's , welcome back!

My mate has a blue DC5 and his was peppered with stone chips, he had it sprayed but it's gone back like it again looks horrid when it's peppered like that but looked fab after a spray.
