Engine whine and another issue low end miss fire

Hi peeps,

Couple issues on my 03 ep3 currently on 63k
Got a engine whine like a pulley whine,
so I've changed aux belt, top idler and tensioner and it's still there!
removed the belt started and it's still there, any ideas?

also have a low end misfire and worse when cold, car feels really sluggish

new filter, plugs, spoon cat back and hondata air box are the only engine mods
over 3000rpm car pulls fine,

would ld be right in thinking tps ?

Was valve clearance well had them done and sorted

Good job. Am doing my valve clearances this weekend. Have an engine whine myself hoping this will sort mine now.
