EP3 - Apex Springs and rear spacers...

Been looking and just wondering what peoples opinions on Apex springs are? Good/bad? Pics with them on?

Or if they're not good, can you suggest some for a similar price. I'd like at least a 20mm drop.

Also, can you suggest some decent rear spacers? Nothing major, only a few mm.

What spacer size do you recommend with a 30mm abp lowering springs on standard ep3 alloys?! Has anyone else done this already?
